STEAM Storytime: A Fun Family Book Club
For children aged 3–5 with their caregivers. We read a picture book together, and then we will complete a STEAM-inspired challenge with other families. Meets in January, April, July, and October.
Discuss and Discover: An Early Chapter Book Club
For young readers who are approximately 6 to 8 years old and their caregivers. We read a beginning chapter book together and then meet with other members to talk about the book and do a STEAM-related activity. Meets in February, May, August, and November.
Bonding Over Books: A Chapter Book Club
For older kids, approximately 9 to 12 years old, and their caregivers. The goal is to inspire discussions between the child and caregiver as they read a chapter book together. Then at our meeting, we dive deep into our discussion with other families and perhaps deal with some difficult topics. After our discussion, we will complete a fun STEAM-related activity. Meets in March, June, September, and December.
